hi, i somehow just found your blog when i was searching for simple english software that can work on PDA which I want to give to my friend to help him improve english while on the bus. Anyway, just help you out with your terrible headache, i used to learn from traditional medicine that this kind of headache could be helped from half teacub of black tea (make sure that is really dark one) then add at least half of a lemon (hope you can find the one really sour), then drink it all while warm. after that go for a nap or sleep in a very very dark room. at least this will help you out somehow. I used to have it often long ago, but not now coz when I have this headache, I just try to get out for sightseeing and freshair, hope that this will help you out too. Keep working on your daily, I am great that you have improve your english this much.
